Only thing I know is the old warehouse. I dont got the exact location on me right now but its like 5 blocks to the east, one block north of the college campus. Its very close to it. They sell caffeine pills but they are pretty spendy.

The only SP recovering items i know are KaZoom Energy Bar, Caffeine Pills and the Buzz Energy Drink. You can get Caffeine pills at campus in the supply depot, but they cost like 375$ for a 20 SP recovery, so you might consider waiting for sp instead. Also you can find any of those items in scavenge with a little luck!
