So with membership we get the title's perk...but how exactly does that work in-game? What is a "transaction?"

Hi It just means that when you pay for the subscription, your SP will be fully restored (a one time thing). Best regards, Ebbe

So then, if this doesn't happen every month upon our payment renewals...wouldn't it be more beneficial to cancel our accounts each month and resubscribe instead of letting it renew? Edit: I see, there seems to be no auto-renewal? So every time we make a new payment, the SP's get replenished? Or does this only happen once in our account's entire lifetime?

Beta version 1.31.19 is now live and includes mostly several bug fixes related to new signup frontpage and ingame styling. It also includes a few game balancing adjustments including slower advance range for a number of zombies and 2 new missions available at the city zoo on map 3.
