    i think we should have a stealth stat, directly derived from agility and smarts
    it would be needed to avoid aggroing zombies, especially at higher maps

    the chance to run should similarly be derived from agility and smarts
    we should have a chance to split the running mob, chance to run from each zombie should be calculated separately, and there would be a separate chance to split hordes and groups of zombies into smaller portions (similar to scaling them down with hp Link: here)

    another reason is that smarts = npc interaction is currently useless, and agility aside running works only on ranged attacks, so it's pretty much useless too
