    should smarts rise the chance of finding items?

    another idea
    should we have a scavenging skill that would rise through scavenging items?
    you're noob at first, but after going through a 100 cars you would know where to look

    well i think it should but the value should not be astronomical 9% if we have 100 smarts. I do not agree on the separate scavenging ability stat .Survivor A takes out a 9mm out of a dumpster because he/she has 90 scavenging and Survivor B takes out a potted plant because he/she has 10? That Just doesn't agree with me.Because either you can find something or not ,there should not be a "better or worse scavenger "because of some special stat.

    i think, if your smarter, the bigger vehicles should have higher chance to drop good stuff, but thats because they require it, trashcans, lockers, bodies and dumpsters dont really need any smarts to figure out

    i thought more in the terms of salvaging mechanical parts, although technical ability would be more apropriate here

    Well it would give more purpose to the smarts stat other than an occasional mission. Actually give people a reason to raise it. I wouldn't increase the chance dramatically maybe just a little bit. As to realism who knows what people are transporting. Think about the movie XXX: State Of The Union truckers thought they were hauling government cheese when they were actually running guns for the government and never had a clue.

    Its a good idea to give smart stat some use. The % that increases shouldnt be too high and scavenged shouldnt be nerfed so the starters dont loose their main resourse of money.

To finally see the subtlety of the end and understand it completely is what it means to die. We cannot help ourselves from growing wiser.     There are 3 new missions are available 5th Avenue Police Station at (38,101) and a 4th mission available at Germaine's Gun Store  (56,47) on map 1 and a 5th mission at the coroner office on map 3 at (56,141).
