To call 'The Walking Dead' one of the fall's most anticipated new shows is an understatement. Why? Just watch this trailer.
AMC has released a new 30-second spot to wet our undead appetites ... and it looks amazing. Forget parades, parties and trick-or-treating, this Oct. 31 at 10PM ET you need to be in front of your TV with AMC on.

I really hope they don't make a major mess of this.
I love the graphic novels and have been reading it for a couple of years now. Problem with movie adaptations, is that they rarely do the original source material the credit it deserves. |

I'm looking forward to this as well, anyone know off hand when this is scheduled to air? Also I'm glad this is going to be done as a series rather than a movie as the story line lends it self better to this medium. As far a the similarity to 28 days later, The first issue was completed before 28 days later was released, so niether was intentional borrowing from the other. It is an effective way to start a story about the zombie Apocalypse, though. Your suddenly just there in a brave new world. Not unlike the story line from this game. |

Yup, watched it on Tuesday and gotta say it was pretty damn good!
The makeup and locations are excellent, hopefully it'll continue to keep the quality throughout the series. |

I watched the second episode of this yesterday. All those years hoping for a decent (or any) zombie series have finally paid off  I read that the first episode got 5.2 million viewers, so hopefully there will be a second series. |

I missed the first one. I saw the second one though. Can someone explain to me what was up with the guy driving off in the car at the end. And maybe explain what I missed in the 1st show, I cant believe I missed it but I was at Halloween party that night. xD |

At the end of the second episode we saw Glen racing away from Atlanta in the car with the alarm going.
I don't want to post spoilers, but if you watched the second episode you'll have seen what he was using the car for. Once his job was done he headed out of town. |

Huge fan of this show too, I love the changes they have made because it's always in the name of fleshing out the characters. The main characters are pretty well established so when the shtf, and things get more brutal, it will have an even bigger impact on the audience. the end of episode three, FTW!! |

I saw the first 5 episodes and I can say it's an awesome series. I just love it! The characters, the action, the makeups, the set, everything is great about this series.
I just hope they don't end it too soon. |

I'm loving this show. It's close enough to the comic to be recognisable, but there's enough differences to the original story so that it stops me thinking i know whats coming next! Can't say i'm looking forward to tonights episode as it's the last one, but i'm so glad it's been picked up for a second series |

The way this episode ended makes it clear that the series will go on.
Unfortunately, I'm reading that the writters have been fired, so a part of the team that made these 6 episodes epic is gone.
I hope the other season will start soon and also I hope it will be at least at the level of the first one. |

definettely, loving it. Some of the plot devices are a little weak, like merl sawing through his wrist as opposed to sawing that thin copper pipe he was cuffed to, or for that matter, just sawing his thumb off, as well as a ton of other hard to swallow choices that the characters make. But hey, I love the genre and this is nice piece of drama. I still watch it. |

Overall i loved this series. Great makeup and sets, good story and far enough away from the original comic storyline to keep the long term fans happy. They are getting a second series, although its only due to air next October  |
