Both test.zombiepandemic.com and www.zombipandemic.com have and are up and running. Which server are you experiencing the problem on, which browser are you using and what error message do you get? |

Whoops, sorry about that...
You had somehow managed to be wearing something that was in your safehouse locker 
Your account should be working again now, if it doesnt you may have to stay away for more than 1 hour or clear your cookies in the browser.
I'm currently trying to figure out how things could end up that way so we can prevent this problem from occurring again.
Thank you for reporting it, I could tell a couple of other players had the same issue. |

Well, the item that was causing your problem is in the safehouse now, the one called The Fortress on map 1.
Let me just work some magic and teleport it to your inventory, hold on........
....aaaaaaaand ... KASKINGO! *puff of smoke, slight smell of sulfur*...
There you go, you just have to log out and in again to reload your inventory. |

You have a lot of 5.56 ammo and some grenades in a safehouse called Thade's Respite Cm2, dont know if they are the ones you are looking for.
Strange. Looks like there is a rebellious '1' on top of the other numbers. I dont think it means you can have that many in the gun.

You are right, there is an ammo depot of mine...but I was also carrying around almost the same amount to be on the safe side if safehouses get deleted by a new nerfing dev decision ;-) As I said...my inventory ammo is gone (and also a huge amount of food)... I am not bullshitting you on that one.

You are right... a rebellious '1' and no reloading beyond normal max possible...still a rebellious '1' which wasn't there befor. - But Helo, could you please find out, what caused that problem? I am afraid it might happen again. |

maybe they miss my other post but i'll post it here just in case.
i dont know what happened but my 20 kazoom bars and 30 buzz energy drinks are missing in my inventory. i just found about it when i loot 1 buzz and kazoom recently and look at my inventory and the other that i was storing for months since i played were ALL GONE. now i only had 1 kazoom and buzz energy drink which i looted recently.
and heres some problem im encountering recently,
1. when i change character, the one that A had in his inventory will be transfer to the one that i'll be using lets say its B. never know it at first but when i travel it says that im over enc. and when i look at my enc i had 302/239 then i look at my inventory and all the items that character A had is now on character B. so i try to refresh my browser and everything was back the way it was.
2. then after using character B i'll change to character C but i notice that the picture/avatar was character A the name was character C and when i look to my inventory it was character B's items!
can you please take a look at this? and my achievements at kill a vicious dog isnt updating.

The "player A gets player B's inventory, player A sells player B's stuff, then player B finds (some) stuff is missing from his inventory" event has happened a number of times, to my knowledge. All the cases I've heard of were of people who were in the chatroom.
The rest of it is news to me. |

The "player A gets player B's inventory, player A sells player B's stuff, then player B finds (some) stuff is missing from his inventory" maybe for OTHERS, but not in MY case. and i'll show YOU why. player A - $743,795 - 1 buzz 1 kazoom (rest is missing) player B - $ 70,495 - 8 buzz 5 kazoom player C - $ 92,622 - 9 buzz 6 kazoom player D - $ 84,758 - 8 buzz 3 kazoom buzz sells for $72 kazoom sells for $120 *player B,C and D loose 50% of their money not by buying AMMO and FOOD, zp is raining with those items in loot. but by building 10 safehouse (thats how expensive safehouse is now, not to mention the sp cost running back and forth to the shop to buy required items, the time youll wait) now with those figures even if player B gets player A's items which is MOSTLY PREMIUM ITEMS (weapons and armor so it's impossible that i would SELL bec i bought it via CREDS) 30 buzz will only sold for $2,160 and 20 kazoom for $2,400 even ANYONE will had characters like this one and the money they had, obviously will not SELL 30 buzz and 20 kazoom that they stored on the span of 4 MONTHS OF PLAYING. spider, who would sell 30 buzz and 20 kazoom for $4,560 if all your characters had that amount of money?  maybe someone will say "ME" with his head held high just to make an argument out of it. |

does this mean that it never happen and all the items missing on my inventory never really exist?
I SWEAR TO GOD THAT THOSE ITEMS ARE REALLY MISSING ON MY INVENTORY.
i didnt make any of that stories, it really happened.
or is this simply a warning that everything may loose/missing in your inventory and when its gone. its gone...
about the character switching it happens to me 5 times maybe more in the last two weeks.
here's what i often do when i play:
A - is on a clan
B,C,D - is on the other clan building safehouse
B,C is on the same safehouse building D is on the other safe training.
*login it was character A, cancel training then begin another training.
*SWITCH to character B and look at the SP and the building time left
*SWITCH to character C (same on what i do at B)
*SWITCH to character D (same as the previous 2 char)
now if building facility was finish i'll look at all the SP of B,C and D on who have the most to go to the shop and bought the facility requirements. lets say i'll use B.
so from D i'll SWITCH to B and goes to the shop. to make sure that i dont forgot something (sometimes 2-3 facilities are being built at the same time) i'll SWITCH again to the other two (C,D) to look at the facility then SWITCH again to B to buy the remaining stuff then head back to the safe and build the facility. SWITCH to C then build and SWITCH to D and build again. then SWITCH to A then play, goes back to the safe and train.
SWITCH to B and and loot only so on and so forth up to char D.
in short i think i use the "change character" button more often than anyone else.

Well, like I said, your case is a very particular one davidson, as it only involves "me, myself and I". In a more common scenario I have the answer: The guy who cloned your inventory (we'll call him commander cody for hilarity purposes) didn't sell your kazooms. He used them. |

Spider is talking about a different player, you are talking about a different character, hence the failure in communication. Spider is saying someone else stole your stuff. |

Helo: I found out how this bug works.... I don't want to say this in the forum, cause it might be abused befor you get rid of it, and I lost my biosuit headgear because of it....but dont worry I already re-bought it!

Your right mackie, were not on the same page there  and i think COMMANDER CODY  here take some of my stimpacks, but thats ok i can buy it at the shops. never thought it was still doable in zp (what COWARDer coDIE did) but for some reason im saving some screenshots now, so if ever this thing happen again (i can show it on forum) im still lucky, i think? that he never DROP my premium items... I hope this things never happen again on ZP, or to anyone... and to you COMMANDER COBRA, you can loot it almost everywhere at any container. to start try here 38, 7 and come again after 3 days. GOODLUCK! |

Helo: all of my ammo is missing. One minute it was there and the next it was gone. All of my guns were also unloaded, i think that only my ammo was taken and nothing else. I had about 200 7.62 bullets, 100 shotgun shells, 100 .45 bullets and about 100 9mm bullets. I was also in the chat room when this happened. A lot of people in the chat room told me that they could see my equipment because the game was glitching. Is there anything you can do about this? Can you give me my ammo back? |

The stuck-on-location bug should be gone now. Im pretty sure I fixed it last night (yes, I work on sundays and yes, it makes me evil). All I needed to know was that this issue that was often referred to as "lag" only affected movement and nothing else, then it was a lot easier to find the bug by inspecting the offending code.
Im stil at a loss when it comes to the inventory swapping between characters.
Oh, and I have fixed your account Richter. And I have returned your ammo Hawkeye. |

Yeah, Helo, you fixed my account....
all guns were unloaded and...
now a lot of stuff went missing... last time it was just a few things, but this time....
1 Minigun
1 Zanbato
about 2530 5.56 Ammo (2000 carried in the inv, 500 in the minigun, 30 in my M16)
105 Shotgun Shells
51 Explosive Ammo
and 1 adrenaline shot
I am NOT joking...all that went missing
