One of my character 'Burdock' lost 15ish Canned Sloppy Jacks right after he did the crafting in a nearby safehouse (34\|23 or 27\|27, i don't remember the exact location). This problem happened to another character of mine 'Vesper' last week already. Lost like 10ish cans at that time. I did file the report and have got no response or refund so far. If the devs really want to make more items craftable then please fix it first. It's too frustrating to find out a day's looting ends up with empty hands.

I dont think your crafted items is lost... there is a "BUG" about when you craft items (especially aid items) it will automatically transferred to your locker... at first youll see it at your inventory but, by the time the page refresh or loads up (you hit f5 or exit your safe, travel another location) it will be gone in your inventory... maybe you need to take a look at the locker of the safe were you crafted it... PS. ive already sent a bug report about it (as other more players) bec. this was discussed at the chat before...

I noticed the phenomenon you mentioned but it's different. I'm pretty sure the two accidents happened to me so far are not related to the lockers because I didn't even touch the lockers at first in the safehouses where i crafted my items and i didn't store any stuff in either of the safehouses. In the latest case I just entered the safehouse, crafted my items, and then moved to the next block. And i double-checked the lockers to make sure that i'm not mistaken.
