I'd like the default map zoom to be the large overview. Having to click to large every single time you open the map and waiting for it to load slows down the game play.

The best option would probably be to display the map in that zoom level, in which it was opened last time.

I.E. if I display my map, zoom out and close it, it'll be zoomed out the next time I view it (and vice versa).

true true, especially in the sewers and the subway system the detailed map is not helpful at all.
Also, I think we need something that shows which map isn't discovered completely, or an achievement which says "Explorer" x of 9 maps discovered.

Thanks for your input. We got a feature similar to what Emily is suggesting in pipeline, remembering what setting you used last time and making that the default.

    Nice, you rock, ZP devs!
This game has probably the most friendly and caring admins/devs, other games' devs usualy tend to look like they don't give a crap

    Back to topic:

That sounds like a good idea, Richter. Would probably be useful.
And I also think there definitely should be an achievement for exploring the maps

I am the same. I like the new zoom out features, but the large overview should be the first zoom option.

Thanks Devs! I've been hoping something like this would come along. Unfortunately, I just don't have much use for the zoomed in version. Having a toggled memory setting on the map would be good.

With the recently released update we have introduced new attack types and new combat effects. It's important to stress that this is still the early phase of the planned advanced combat system which will also include a much more graphical interface and loot from killed opponents as well as being able to equip bayonets, scopes and other extensions to your weapons. Here is a short guide to how it works.
