Hello... this bug needs to be fixed, both in my specific case, and in case it happens to anyone else.

I had 8400+ energy out of 1440 max, because I regularly buy the 30-credit energy boost. I like having enough energy to do everything I could want to in an evening.

I saw I had 4 days left on my premium membership, and bought the 49-credit 30-day membership again. It said I was up to 34 days.

... and then my energy dropped to 1440/1440. A loss of 8400+ energy. It should have given me an ADDITIONAL 1440. Not wiped my previous total. I logged out and back in to see if it was just a glitch, but it does not appear to be.

This is big. Really big. Because it impacts people who spend money on the game.

I would like my energy back please. This will, obviously, be a deciding issue on if I spend money on this game ever again.

I've logged in, and do not yet have the 4 adrenaline shots. I've emailed a response back to support. I'm sure it'll get all cleared up shortly though.

Guys, still no adrenaline shots. Maybe you meant to give them but never did? Check my account - I haven't used them, am still at 1440 energy. Not trying to cheat you, just want to get back to playing with all my energy.

Yes, I have the reimbursed credits and am off to buy some adrenaline. Thanks for the quick fix!
