I'm looking for a non-premium gun that has both 1-shot & 3-shot options. Does such an automatic gun exist In-Game?

Yes, the guns you are looking for fall under the Assault Rifles and SMG category. Most LMGs have high burst shot counts but some offer 3 shot bursts (such as the M60). The B18C is the only pistol to fire in 1 or 3 shot bursts as well. All guns which allow you to fire multiple rounds per shot can be fired in single shot mode as well thus saving you ammo and improving your hit chance. @Hermione : If you are still poor, low on cash, try those UMG 7100gold, and then using 9mm bullet...which in my opinion the cheapest burst weapon in the game...

If you're really strapped on cash but still insist on having a burst capable weapon, you can't go wrong with the B18C. It costs only $2780 and packs a decent punch, with good range and weight to boot. Plus it fires 9mm bullets, which are cheap and plentiful to loot.
