Yes....forum rules are boring but please read them anyways before you start posting.

    Be respectful.
Remember this is a community forum for fellow players who all share the same interest for the game and zombies. No reason not to be nice. We don't mind a little swearing but please no flaming, no inflammatory posts and don’t make jokes about something which could easily be misunderstood or make strongly offensive remarks.

Be friendly to new users. A simple "welcome to the forum!" is a nice gesture if you notice that a user is new.

Please check if a thread already exists before creating a new one.
Would you like to discuss something which could be included in a  FAQ. Chances are someone else already helped you get the discussion started. Search to check if that is the case before creating a new thread.

    Please refrain from neffing:
Neffing is posting basically nothing. An example is replying with only a smiley or one word such as "I agree". Needless to say this creates a lot of useless posts.

    Signatures
Signature are welcomed as long as they don't conflict with the other rules of the forum but  pictures shouldnt be to big and should be less than 40KB.

    Use Informative thread titles
Posting titles such as "Please Help me!" or "I have a Question" or "Does anyone know" or "Check it out" is useless because people will not know what the topic is about until they click it. Pick good thread titles which are self-explanatory.

Not everything needs to be discussed in public

Use private messages if you need to communicate with one person (click the envelope on the users profile). Keep the private chatter to among yourself and not in the forum. PM is made for that reason. Do not create a new topic just for one person.

    Please stay on topic!
If you find some different angles to a current topic which are essentially off topic you can always create a new thread and link to it.

Please post topic only once and in the appropriate section.
Posting the same topic in different section is not allowed.

Spam, pornographic content, racism or offensive language is not allowed.
We have a zero tolerance policy against which will result in ban while violating our conduct code will for porn, racism or strongly offensive language result in warning and possibly a ban.

Please do not create more than one account
Creating more than one account to use in a deceiving or negative way will get you instantly ban from the forum.

Please show the game some respect
We love taking constructive criticism and we actually spend a lot time following the forum (not all game dev teams do that by the way) in order to listen to the community and make things better. We also enjoy commenting or participating in the discussions and we want to keep it that way.

Chances are we will answer the topic if you stay constructive and address the issue in a nice manner, to the huge team of volunteers and indie team who have spent almost 3 years building the game, rather than just stating "the new update sucks".

Please also remember that we are a tiny team of developers and can't code 24/7. Bug fixes sometimes take a few days are all part of the beta and the terms and conditions you signed up for when joining the beta test of this game.

    Violation of guidelines

Moderators have the right to delete topics and posts and/or ban users without any warning if they decide that the above rules have been violated.

Depending on the violation, not following any of these guideline/rules will result in you either getting a warning or getting ban from the forum.

    Respect the moderators
Please respect the moderators who do a great job to keep the forum a friendly place and source of great discussions on information.

    Moderators decisions are final!

The ZP team reserve the right to add and change guidelines without any prior notice.
