Hey guys!
I really like this game... only a few things piss me off in it and one of it is clan recruiting, meaning spamming freelancers inboxes with come join me messages. Could you please stop doing that? 
p.s.
If there are any surviving humans out there who want to stay a freelancer and are also pissed with spammers, drop a message or two here... let your voices be heard (after all, we are the silent majority  )

Maybe a function could be implementet where you can choose to be a lone wolf, so others can see that you're not interestet in clans... and thus they won't send these recruitement PMs. |

that would be quite cool, never saw that in any game
I mean, it's ok if you're trying to recruit noobs. But I believe lvl 24 people know clans exist. |

Hmm, didnt see this one coming.
I guess we could make a 'pseudo' clan called "Lone Wolves" that wouldn't show up in the clan stats. The "None" clan everyone is member of by default should be excluded from the clan list too.
If we give those two special status so you can only see how many members there are and click to join then people can use them to indicate whether they are interested in joining a clan or not. Not sure if this makes the clan recruitment spamming problem go away but its worth a shot.

Or if you join the lone Wolves clan you get a -LW- clan tag showing that you want to be left alone. |

Maybe I shouldn't have called it a clan. Technically, "None" and "Lone Wolf" will be a clans but in the user interface it will be a choice you make to indicate you "dont play well with others". When you start the game your clan will be "None" and no clan tag will be shown, if you want to indicate you dont want to join any clan you will get the option the become a lone wolf by pressing the "Lone Wolf" button on the clan page.
None and Lone wolf wont be in the clan list, they will just be buttons you can use to leave your clan or say you dont want a clan. There wont be a list of members or anything. I'm not sure if we should put a Lone-Wolf tag in the player lists. |

Yes i also think we should not in fact.Just to avoid the lonewolves being asked constatly "Hay u dont have a clan want to join mine?"It will make it impossible for the spammers to disturb them. So no special tags of any kind. |

You can either PM "hey wanna be my friend" or maybe use the forum, discuss a bit, or join a clan
The pseudo clan would be only for them which don't want to be in one, newcomers, or new characters, don't automatically be in them, once this feature is enabled... |

I don't send out many invites. Most the time its just if your name catches my eye, and I see your not in a clan, I might send one. I don't mean to pester anyone though. If I send you 2 on accident, its just cause I forgot. I think I am ok though, I have maybe sent out 10 total, so I am not a spammer. G.A.R. is open to join. I don't care what level you are. Mostly just having a decent name, and playing once a day or more is the only rules. And play 1 character. I don't need 4 characters from the same player. We are NOT a zerg clan, and I hope ZP does its best to make anti-zerging gameplay. |
