At this point why not suggest some customization for all of the melee weapons? Like switching out an axe head for a hammer head. Giving your weapon a special color or secondary ability, perk, that can be bought with a hefty amount of xp.

Just look around a hardware store, or your garage. Or anywhere! There are so many melee weapons missing in the game I could puke. Think more practical, and everyday, and not so exotic.

It adds armor and does damage at close range.

I would love to see weapons that can't be moved either. Like you have to lure a zed close to it, cripple him, then kick him into the item. Such as a furnace, pit, spikey wall, wood chipper, electrical box, window... etc. Also, things like kicking a zombie down next to a car, opening the car door and slamming it on his head would be great! Imagine, a SUV door being kicked into your head. It would kill you SO EASY!!!

This could add some strategy to the game. Like, do you run up the the zeds and try to kill them or damage them ahead of time, or sit back and wait for them to get close to an item and use the instant kill feature, but risk getting blocked into a corner by to many zeds. Some quests or some areas could have battle zones, like a big warehouse where there is a final battle for a quest. And it is up to the players how to use their resources. Some environmental items could only be uses a certain amount of times too. Or maybe have a cool down. Like the wood chipper can only grind 1 zombie every 6 minutes. But the window can have as many pushed out as you can get, but be careful not to get pulled out too. xD Standing next to a window for to long, or getting to many instand kills from a window could draw zed aggro to you, and make it unsafe to be there anymore. Try pushing 8 zeds out a window all at once.

a pit as an item? what? These are things that are too complex. Maybe not a wood chipper, but regardless they take up too much weight if they were ever to be created etc.

As for using the environment as a weapon, such as the car door. Its very well cool and all, but not really applicable in this type of game...

I'd like to see an improvement of the "dream team" of ninja weapons. With the exception of the zanbato and maybe the giant kunai the others aren't too impressive. I like that some like the kusarigamai or shaolin spade have a little reach, but with low attack power you are almost certain to follow up at close range, kind of defeating the idea of distance because even a low level enemy can travel 2 yards no problem. Being able to push them back would be a big help. The the ranged attacks are almost useless if your only allowed to use it once, because only small enemies like babies will die from one hit from the kusarigama, but you will have to do multiple attacks for larger enemies.

Skilsaw? Sawzall? All with attachable (also usable) battery?

As for all of these exotic weapons, I consider them a bit..aah...silly. Extremely impractical and the idea of "Where the hell did you get that?" comes to mind often.

Okay, how about this, at anime or game stores, you can find some replicas of weapons like katanas but they can be plastic or cheap metals? They look cool but are child friendly so they are not zombie proof.

You can also have a broken pole and use that as a weapon.

what about throwing knives. you have Shuriken, spears and Throwing Axes they are the only throwing weapons that are woth any thing in the game. i would like to see more thrown weapons added. maybe darts,knives,Chakram,Javelin, and maybe different kinds of throwing stars and knives change the look and dmg. some low and some a lil higher. give every one a variety.

keep the throwing axe but add tomahawks with a good but not to high jump in dmg

what about a weapon like the grim reaper has i think its a scythe that would be cool.
