How about a farm with zombie cows! We could have lots of redneck zombies to shoot and a tractor or a hay harvester to run over them.

Yeah... They do have rural places really really far out in New York though. That would be a lot of maps however to get to there. Oy, Carl almost has 1000 posts. Crazy.

You're right NY isn't the place for farms but I thought it would be fun to have one, maybe as a hidden location in a far corner of the map. And there could be a cow trick like in Diablo I know the game takes place in NY but rural areas are really interesting for zombie related fiction, that feeling of being on your own in the middle of nowhere waiting for the hordes to appear in the desolated roads would be great for a zombie RPG. A change of scenery and a little variation on the background art wouldn't hurt anyone.

Rural areas are a must in my opinion,because they provide lots & lots of new possibilities imagine groups of psycho rednecks,zombie farmers,butchers and most importantly quests like ,bringing a painting or i dont know clothing whats not to the NPC Called lets say Farmer Joe, who will trade this stuff for ammo.

Imagine a mission with multiple steps that involves setting up a barricade in a barn or in a rural house in order to protect a family and build a safehouse for them. The player would need to stop the incoming hordes for one night, your mission would be to protect the NPC's (Farmer Joe and family ) and keep yourself alive until the morning comes. Farmer Joe will give you his best shotgun and a couple of bear traps for your services and you would be able to crash on Joe's couch in the middle of nowhere anytime you need to.

There are 3 new missions are available 5th Avenue Police Station at (38,101) and a 4th mission available at Germaine's Gun Store (56,47) on map 1 and a 5th mission at the coroner office on map 3 at (56,141).

Beta version 1.31.19 is now live and includes mostly several bug fixes related to new signup frontpage and ingame styling. It also includes a few game balancing adjustments including slower advance range for a number of zombies and 2 new missions available at the city zoo on map 3.
