He is a rather large, husky, and mean looking man. All rescue parties, resource scavenging and patrolling missions are coordinated from his office.
Other civilians and military personnel are constantly being sent on missions to secure supplies and fortify the college campus.
The professor seems to be in charge at the hospital.
Several survivors have taken refuge here though the hospital isn’t operational as all patients and personnel was moved during the early phase of the pandemic by the military.
No one has heard of what happened to those people since.
"I chose to stay here and finish my research after the evacuation."
"I am working desperately on researching a cure for the pandemic but I need help."
Charles, the cult leader is sitting comfortably in his chair.
Apparently he spends almost all his time here. You can tell the armed cult member guarding the office is intimidated by him.
He refers to his cult members as the family and his eyes watch you intensely.
"Well my child. I have a mission for you."
"If you are ready to sacrifice yourself for the cause I might award you a place in the family."
Civilian dock workers are working together to create a ring of defenses around part of the docklands.
They are trying to repair a vessel which was sunk by the military as part of the enforced quarantine making sure no infected could leave the city by sea.
The harbor master and his men have other plans for the ship!
The Harbor Master rushes to greet you. He's a huge man with a bushy beard.
"We could really use the help of someone not afraid to leave the protection of our dry dock."
Can I ask you to assist us?
He stares at you sternly with coal black eyes. A curving scar dominates the left side of his face making him look even meaner.
Major Henderson is in charge of the camp as well as coordinating search and rescue missions.
They are low on fuel and supplies from the look of their exhausted movements and old bandages on their wounds.
They believe the rumors of armed military vehicles evacuating people from the city and so they have decided to stay put and wait for rescue.
You are standing inside the closed music store.
The store owner Dave, a long haired man in his early thirties has taken refuge here with his parents, turning the small place into a safehouse.
Dave is wearing a washed out Guns n Roses t-shirt and is smoking a lot of cigarettes unsettled by the current situation.
He is a balding white male in his early 40's. He is covered in large jewelery, but wears sweatpants combined with one of those colorful Hawaiian shirts.
Clyde is very talkative and keeps referring to his strippers as "his bitches", who are supposedly safe as long as they are under his protection.
Nigel has long black hair and a untidy beard. He wears a black leather vest over a what used to be a white t-shirt that doesn’t cover all of his large belly, along with dirty blue jeans and black cowboy boots.
His Rottweiler bares its teeth as you enter the office.
A menacing growl escapes from its throat. Nigel holds his dog’s leash tight and nods at you. He grins at you showing crooked yellow teeth that remind you of the dog’s.
"I hope it’s not trouble.
Having barricaded themselves inside an office building they decided to call their safehouse Autumn Leaves, the building's original name.
A Captain named Kubrick is in charge. Though Captain he look more like a hunter carrying a sniper rifle and some hunting gear unlike some of the other marines.
He is coordinating rescue parties and resource scavenging from the HQ.
"Good to see another fit survivor who knows how to handle a gun."
"We have lots of civilians to protect and we definitely need your help!"
The emergency generator is powering the hospital and needs to be kept running.
A few survivors are helping out organizing the scavenged fuel supplies and refueling the engine.
They are willing to pay those who aid them.
Behind the counter is a man, roughly mid 20’s with brown spiky hair and plastic framed glasses.
His feet are resting on the counter and although he notices you, he seems completely indifferent to your presence.
No one is around at the moment but it could look as though its just because the lazy devs havent completed the upcoming missions yet.
They are apparently a former regular customer and his younger brother.
They act aggressively, constantly talking about killing zombies. The younger brother keeps looking out through the barricades, taking a shot every now and then.
"No we don't want your help right now."
"Come back later when those lazy developers have actually made the missions available!"
The man wants you to help you please his wife who he is says is not feeling very well.
He is wearing a starched and pressed camouflage military uniform with a star on both lapels of the collar.
The man looks to the soldiers in the room and says, “Give us some privacy please.”
